Middle school students: For the first time since 2022, the Central Magnet GeoBee is back! This Thursday, during your 7th period study hall time, you can go to Mr. Clay Burns' webpage and find a link to the CMS GeoBee Qualifying Quiz. The top scores will qualify for the GeoBee Preliminary Round which will narrow the field down to 10 students for the Final Round. If you have any questions, email Coach Burns. Good luck!
There will be an interest meeting for the 26-27 Mock Trial Team on Wednesday after school in Mr. Eldridge's room (115). Mock Trial is an exciting competition where students take on the roles of lawyers and witnesses to argue court cases. It's a fantastic way to develop public speaking and debate skills, learn about the legal system, and work as part of a competitive team! All students are welcome—no prior experience or knowledge of law is necessary. We'll teach you everything you need to know. Don't miss this opportunity!
