Auditions for the 2026-2027 Show Choir and Chamber Choir are coming up in May! Show Choir auditions are on May 6th from 3:00-6:30, and students should prepare 1 minute of a pop/musical theatre song and come dressed to dance. Chamber Choir auditions are on May 7th from 3:00-6:30, no prep needed.
Psi Alpha will be having their final meeting on April 29th during club time. We will meet in the auditorium and will be doing senior recognition and highlighting next year's activities for the club. We will open up the meeting to prospective members who have already completed AP Psych. If you are interested in joining Psi Alpha next year, come to the meeting!

The Central Magnet Varsity Middle School Boys Soccer Team defeated Whitworth-Buchanan 1–0 in the first round of the Rutherford County Middle School Tournament. Luke Jones scored the goal for the Tigers, and Ryland Noland and the defense secured the shutout. Central will play at Rockvale in the quarterfinals today at 4:30 at Rockvale.
You missed out last night if you didn't make it out to The High School soccer team's senior night. The boys emerged with a 4-0 win over Dekalb Co. with both our seniors getting a goal in the match. Lucas Ye and Carson Phillips also scored. Corban Reed and Jacob Gardner had assists. Congrats to Will Clark and Jacob Gardner playing their last home regular season match after seven years with a Central jersey on.
Chuk Obi got first place in high jump at the Great 8 meet in Nashville last night! This is a huge accomplishment and we are so proud! And good luck to the high school track team competing at Riverdale tomorrow! Many athletes have already qualified for sectionals in May, and we are excited to earn more qualifications this weekend. Good luck to the track team!
