Auditions for the 2026-2027 Show Choir and Chamber Choir are coming up in May! Show Choir auditions are on May 6th from 3:00-6:30, and students should prepare 1 minute of a pop/musical theatre song and come dressed to dance. Chamber Choir auditions are on May 7th from 3:00-6:30, no prep needed.
Please remember to turn in your AP permission to leave/ come in late forms to attendance by Thursday, April 30th. We need these turned in advance please!
Tomorrow is Yearbook Distribution Day!
Yearbooks will be delivered during 1st period to seniors, juniors, and 8th graders. Sophomores, freshmen, 7th graders, and 6th graders will receive their yearbooks during 2nd period.
Please note that yearbooks are sold out, so we will not have any available for purchase.
At the end of the day, all students will go outside for yearbook signing, so you may want to bring water and sunscreen. Both the middle school and high school signings will also have a few food/drink trucks available, so bring money if you would like to purchase something.
Psi Alpha will be having their final meeting on April 29th during club time. We will meet in the auditorium and will be doing senior recognition and highlighting next year's activities for the club. We will open up the meeting to prospective members who have already completed AP Psych. If you are interested in joining Psi Alpha next year, come to the meeting!
The Theatre Banquet will be May 8th in the school cafeteria and auditorium. Tickets are only $10 and include a catered dinner, performances, awards, and the announcement of our 26-27 shows! Purchase tickets through the link on Ms. Scott's website and ask her or an ITS officer for more details.
HS Cheer tryouts will be on April 30th. See Coach Griggs in room 335 for tryout information.
HS Cheer will sell smoothies on Friday.

The middle school golf team played well yesterday at Smyrna with golfers Amaan Jemsheer, Mateo Mendez, Jack Wooten, Grey Davis, Corbin Hines, Ava Austin and Olivia Fausnaught all finishing with a personal best this year. Olivia also shot her first ever birdie on hole 2. The golf team is ready for the district tourney next Tuesday at Cedar Crest.
Congratulations to our tennis team for winning district championship matches in the following: Girls singles (CiCi Schultz), girls' doubles (Cora McCollum, Caitlen Johnson), and boys doubles (Evan Laroy and Anusham Shah)
