High School Students:  Registration for AP exams is now through March 10th.  Bring your registration form and check to attendance.

 

Congratulations to Matthew Arrington for getting first place in the US History National qualifying exam and second place in the US Geography National qualifying exam last weekend at Westmoreland. Awesome job!

 

Seniors- when you have completed your TN Scholar page, please turn it in to your advisor.  They will turn their whole class in to Mrs. Huffman or guidance.

Central Magnet Chess Team had another strong performance at the tournament at Percy Priest Elementary on Saturday.

 

In the 7-12th Grade Section, CMS Team won 2nd place overall! 

Micah Warren secured another trophy 

Joshua Stueckle, Chandler McCook, Morgan Elrod-Erickson, Edgar Lozano, and Lizbeth Lozano were all medalists. 

Eli Barlar, Luke Duran and Lawton Keeran completed the Team.

 

In the 5-6th Grade Section, CMS Team won 4th place overall.  CMS was valiantly represented by Grady Knox, Nathaniel Carter and Matthew Feragola.

 

Congratulations also go out to Eric Ramsay on qualifying for the TN State Chess Championships in High School division which will be this Saturday.  Good luck in Cookeville Eric!
