*Spring Pictures will be from 9 am to 11 am on Monday, March 19th in the gym for high school students and in the auditorium for middle school students. See Mrs. Head's yearbook website for more specifics on the schedule and to select a customized backdrop.

*After Prom tickets are on sale today through March 23. Tickets will be sold during C and D lunch are $10 each. T-shirts will only be included with tickets purchased before spring break. Juniors and seniors do not have to attend the prom to attend After Prom.
After spring break, tickets are $15 each and no shirt is guaranteed. We hope you will make plans now to attend After Prom!

*The Central Magnet Men's Soccer team opened the season with a 1-0 win over Siegel High School. Ethan Penny had the game winning goal off of a corner kick. Corey Dobson had an excellent game in defense and made a crucial tackle to preserve the win. Russell Harper had 3 saves in goal.
*The Central Magnet girls tennis team crushed Riverdale on Tuesday by a score of 10 matches to 0. Jessie Thepsouvan, Macy Speight, Mamie Sevier, Natacha Thepsouvan, Megan Scott, Sarah Fisher Green, and Jessica Howard all won their singles matches easily. The boys tennis team also defeated Riverdale by a match score of 5-2. Tom Smith, Fant Smith, Anand Gowda, and Suren Shah won their singles match while Ananda Gowda and Abhi Manda won their doubles match.
Both teams are 1-0 this season with a nice district win. They will be back in action this afternoon against LaVergne High School. Go Tigers!
*The middle school golf team lost to Rockvale in the team match yesterday afternoon. Josie Hakanson and Emma Nolan were able to score for the team in the junior league format. The Tigers will be back in action next Monday at Stones River.
*The Middle School Boys soccer team traveled to LaVergne and played a tough game but lost 2 to 1. Ollie Rayburn scored the goal and Will Palmer had 7 saves.
The JV also played and lost 5 to 3. Jake Petty scored 2 goals and Cameron Yates scored 1. Jake Petty, Alex Marson and Cameron Yates each had an assist. Isiah Richard had 5 saves.
The next game is Thursday, here against Smyrna, game time is 4:15.
*The Lady Tigers win their district 12 opener 17-7. They collected 16 hits with Kali Penny and Faith
McCaghren combining for the victory.
The Abby's, Abby Griffin and Abby Frazier, each had an out of the park home run. Griffin totaled 5 RBI's, with Ashley Dyer collecting 3 RBI's with 2 tripples. Alyssa Ward went 3 for 4 and Kali Penny went 3 for 3.
The Lady Tigers game against Blackman tomorrow was postponed
for a later date yet to be determined.
