*Runners, please come immediately to college corner to pick up your shirt and bib.

*French world cup players will meet in room 206 after announcements, dressed and ready!

*Today is the last day to buy After Prom tickets for the low price of $10, which includes a shirt.  The tickets will be sold from inside the cafeteria at their usual location so stop by during Pig Out to get yours.

We will sell on Tuesday and Thursday after spring break, but the price goes up and no shirts will be available.  Buy today!

 

*Also, If you won 2 tickets to After Prom at the Reveal assembly, please be sure to see the After Prom ticket table today.  Only winners who register by today will receive shirts.

 

*If you are interested in High School Cheerleading, there will be a mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, April 3rd at 6pm in the Senior Cafeteria. A parent must be present in order to try out. Try out clinic will be on Wednesday, April 18th & Thursday, April 19th at Premier Athletics. The actual tryout will be on Friday, April 20th in the gym after school. Please see Coach Culp or Nurse Anderson with any questions and to get the needed paperwork.

 

*Current 8th graders/Rising freshmen,

  Please remember to sign up for a registration appointment through your counselor’s Sign-Up Genius link from the CMS Counseling page. Please come to Guidance just before your appointment time, rather than waiting to be called.

 

*Seniors: the AKA scholarship is due March 31 which is during spring break.  If you are applying, get your transcript and letter before the break.

 

*Attention Seniors: Your caps and gowns will be distributed in the auditorium on Monday, April 2nd during 1st period. You will take Individual and Group Cap and Gown pictures and then take your group picture with your college t-shirts. 

 

*MS softball scored 6 runs but fell short to Siegel Middle Wednesday night. Baylee Baron, Kaitlyn Polly, and Caitlin Dodson all had RBIs. Aaliyah Jordan scored her first run.

 

The Lady Tigers take on LaVergne Middle at 4:30 on Tuesday, April 3, at McKnight Park. Come watch us take home our first W! 

 

*Central Magnet girls and boys each defeated Smyrna HS by a score of 7-0 yesterday.  Singles winners were Fant Smith, Suren Shah, Natacha Thepsouvan, Sarah Fisher Green, and Jessica Howard.  Both girls and boys teams improved to 3-0 in the district! Our goal is statebound, go Tigers!

 

*The JV baseball team won 2 games against MTCS last night. They won game one 7-1. JT Tucker got the win. Micah Harris blasted a ball off the left field walk for big two run double. The won game two 4-0 in extra innings. Michael Polly, Joseph Bonanno, and Dawson Massengale combined to throw a shut out. Micah Harris had a big two run single.
