HOSA’s next blood drive is in November 29 7:30 to 1:00. You go to the CMS homepage and find the link to sign up. If you’re 16, see Mrs. Gates for a parent permission form. Your one donation can save 3 lives!

*Attention sophomores:

We will be having ACT boot camp sessions for you on Thursday and Friday this week, in which you will learn all things ACT.  This is a very important opportunity and will benefit you tremendously.  All sophomores must attend one of the three sessions.  The Thursday session is completely full so if you have not chosen one yet, you must choose either the morning or the afternoon session for Friday.  The link is on Coach Nichols' website or you can ask your English teacher about it.  If you fail to sign up, you will be placed in a session based on availability.

Community Service Opportunity This Weekend

**On Saturday, November 17th, the Walter Hill Elementary PTO is having a vendor fair from 8am -3pm.  Duties will include setting up, cleaning up, and helping to make sure things are running smoothly.  If you are interested, email them at [email protected] with your name and when you can volunteer.

*Please complete the google form found on the track team website if you would like to be a sprinter or field event participant.  Get this done before Thanksgiving break.  See Coach Nichols if you have any questions.

*The high school softball team is doing a Lift-A-Thon fundraiser. You can donate per player's bench and squat max total, or a flat donation.  So, make a math equation out of it, or keep it simple...see a softball player near you!
