*The MTSU Foreign Language Department will be here next Tuesday and Thursday for Junior and Senior students to take a Placement Exam for their respective language in either German, French or Spanish. You will need to sign up on the sheet outside of Ms. Pinson's door, room 208. See your FL teacher if you have any other questions.

 

*Students who plan to get their license over the break, the SF1010 form needs to be requested before the holidays.  Please come to the front office or attendance office to ask for this form.  Also, anyone who might need a copy of a transcript, please contact the Guidance office before break begins.

 

 

*The weekend several CMS Band Students auditioned for Mid-State.

Congratulations to Aalia Hanif, Josh Narrell, Daniel Wendt, Sydney Staines, Stephanie Hensley, Ryan Gagnon.

A special congratulation to Aalia Hanif and Ryan Gagnon for also being selected to All-State!

 

*Congratulations to all 11th and 12th grade strings students who auditioned for Mid-State this weekend. Will Henderson, John Kelley, Sophia Kennan, Emily Jenkins, Madelyn Mansfield, Isabella Reish, and Mamie Sevier all earned spots in the Mid-State Orchestra, with Emily Jenkins and Mamie Sevier scoring in the top percent and thus qualifying for All-State! This is a huge accomplishment and we are very proud of these students!

 

*Europe Trip 2020

Attention all CMS students in grades 8,9,10, and 11. There is a trip to Europe planned for the Summer of 2020. Trip highlights include London, Normandy, Paris, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. There will be an interest meeting for students and parents on Monday, December 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the CMS auditorium. See Mr. Kirksey or Mr. Cato for details.
