Welcome to the CMS Middle School Volleyball Club!

Welcome to the Volleyball Club! We will meet on club rotation D in the gymnasium.

 

Each student participating in our club will need to complete a physical with their family physician and submit into Final Forms before they are able to participate! I have added the links to the Physical Form that students will need to complete as well as a link to Final Forms on our page.
