Basic supplies (i.e. toothbrushes, deodorant, etc.) are needed.  The items must be NEW and TRAVEL SIZED.

BETA Club:
BETA is a community service honor society devoted to promoting the ideals of academic achievement, character, service, and leadership. We will attend state conventions where our incredibly talented students will compete in academic and creative competitions.

BETA Nationals
Nationals are coming up!!  If you want to attend you need to turn in a $100 non-refundable deposit by Friday, February 23rd. This deposit can be turned in to the front office in a sealed envelope with your name on it.  Please tell them it is to be put in Boynton's box. If you have questions about this please see Mrs. Winton.
 
What are the dates of convention: We will leave Central Magnet on June 16th and return on June 20th.  
 
Where is the convention: Savannah, Georgia
 
What is the total cost: The estimated cost of the trip as a whole is $400. We will not know the exact cost until we know how many people are attending the convention. This is a community service honor society devoted to promoting the ideals of academic achievement, character, service, and leadership. We attend state and national conventions where our incredibly talented students compete in academic and creative competitions.
 
What does this cost include:  The cost includes transportation to and from the convention, hotel room for 4 nights, registration fee for the convention, a planned free time excursion (to be determined).
 
Nationals Permission slip: Permission slip and a 2nd deposit of $150 will be due April 13th
