IMPORTANT: You MUST be 100% complete in FinalForms to try out. See links below for FinalForms instructions, website, and physical form that should be used. Physicals dated between 4/15/2025 - 4/14/2026 are valid through 7/1/26. Physicals dated 4/15/2026 and after are valid through 7/1/2027.
