ATTENTION SENIORS: I AM RECORDING CLASSES THAT Y'ALL ARE MISSING WEDNESDAY (4/6/22), THURSDAY (4/7/22), AND FRIDAY (4/8/22). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VIEWING AND LEARNIG ALL MATERIAL IN EACH OF YOUR CLASS MEETINGS!!!! THE RECORDINGS WILL BE IN THE USUAL PLACE (TEAMS FOLDER).

THE LINK BELOW (the SharePoint link right above the two PDF answer keys at the bottom of this page) IS FOR 7TH PERIOD AS THERE WON'T BE A CLASS BECAUSE OF GROWN-UP DAY. THIS IS FROM 4TH PERIOD, BUT IT'S THE SAME MATERIAL FOR ALL CLASSES.



Class Work:

Students finished the lesson on redistricting and gerrymandering, as well as two SCOTUS cases from the reapportionment document they downloaded right before Spring Break. Also, students downloaded the "Congress Class Discussion Document Fall 2021" from Mr. Brooks AP Government page. If time permitted, they began discussing the information in the Congress Document.

Homework:


1) Read pages 104-139 in your textbook (The Congress) by YOUR NEXT CLASS MEETING. I WOULD DIVIDE THE TEXT into 7 pages per night!!!

2) Read the Congress Class Discussion Document Fall 2021 every other day!

3) Also, start working on the 2020 practice exam I've opened up for you in AP Classroom (I've also opened two others and all the quizzes. Please see the answers for both parts of the 2020 exam below. I'll post the answers to the other two practice exams over the next few days.
