Returning Archers Information and Checklist

The archery team is open to ALL middle school and high school students. All equipment will be supplied by the school. The MS archers and HS archers will be split into three groups with one group practicing on Mondays, one on Tuesdays and the third on Thursdays. 

  • The following must be completed before an archer can participate in any practice or tournament.
    1. All archers must have a completed physical uploaded into Final Forms before you may participate in any tryouts, practices, or tournaments.
      • Final Forms and must show your athlete 100% complete before you may participate in practice.

    2. Please fill out and submit the online Player Information Form, complete everything in Final Forms no later than October 15th.

    3. CMS Archers and Parent Contract must be completed and a DIGITAL copy sent to Coach Rundberg or uploaded to Final Forms prior to participate in practice.

    4. A team fee of $90 must be paid by Nov 3rd. - This payment is non-refundable. 
      • This fee will cover the entire year.
      • to cover the cost of purchasing and maintaining the equipment, along with shirts for the Archery Team members
 
  • MANDATORY Parent Meeting will be September 23rd at 5:30 pm in the cafeteria. 
  • Full team practices will begin the week of October 28th.
  • First tournament for both MS/HS archery teams will be November 7th-9th. 
 

Team Information:
The MS archers and HS archers will be split into groups with each of both MS and HS archers. Each group will be assigned a day to practice, which will be on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays (subject to change).  All practices will be held in the cafeteria from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. 

The Fall season will run from October through December. The team will participate in 4-6 tournaments in the fall/winter. The Spring season will start in January and run through the middle of May. The season will consist of 1 to 3 tournaments each month until the end of March. The Spring season will conclude by competing in both the State Tournament in late March and the National Tournament in Louisville, KY in May.
