- The weightlifting club is a club where you can go workout/exercise in the weight room.
- In the club we’ll spend some time going over exercises, how to do those exercises properly, and the muscle groups those exercises train.
- Those who have experience with weightlifting can work out freely
- We’ll meet in the gym and walk out to the weight room
- You MUST have a physical form filled to workout in weight room and it MUST be uploaded to DragonFly Max (instructions HERE)
