Positismiley faceve Psychology is the scientific study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals and communities to thrive. The field is founded on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, cultivate what is best within themselves, and enhance their experience of friendship, work, and play.
Positive Psychology has three central concerns:
  1. Positive Emotions
  2. Positive Individual Traits
  3. Positive Institutions
