.Short Biography
I'm originally from Nashville, TN and attended Montgomery Bell Academy for middle school and high school. I was an Eagle Scout and Venturing Ranger, as well as a 5-year Varsity letterman in high school. I speak both English and German, and also read French and Latin.

I completed my undergraduate degree at Centre College in Danville, KY and moved to Memphis to complete his Master's in European History at the University of Memphis.

I was pursuing a Ph.D. in European History before changing directions and pursuing a Masters of Science in Teaching and a teaching license. After receiving my teaching license, I moved to Murfreesboro to teach here at the Mag, where I have been teaching the last four years.
